Do I pay when I order?

It’s a great question, and the answer is no, you don’t pay when you order.

Here’s how it works:

Once your media is ready, we’ll send you an email. This email will contain all the links you need to download your high-quality photos and videos, along with access to your complimentary property websites and marketing materials.

When you click on any of these links, you’ll be directed to a secure payment page. This is where you’ll finalize your payment before downloading your media. This way, you can see everything that’s ready for you before making a payment.

How will I know If the date I picked is confirmed?

When you place your order, we’ll ask you to select two preferred dates that work best for you and your clients. We’ll then send you a confirmation email with one of those dates as your scheduled shoot time. Simply confirm your acceptance, and we’ll be there to capture your listing!

If I choose one of the bundle packages, can I still order other alacarte items?

You bet! Yes, you absolutely can.

When you’re customizing your bundle package, you’ll see a convenient pop-up list of all our available a la carte services. This makes it super easy to add any extra items you need to perfectly complement your order.

Do you have any referral discount programs?

Absolutely! We love rewarding our loyal clients. Our referral program is simple and beneficial for everyone. For every new agent you refer to us, we’ll give you a 20% discount on your next order, and the agent you referred will also receive a 20% discount on their first service with us. It’s our way of saying thank you

Is my info saved for future ordering

When you access our order page, you’ll have the option to securely enter your essential contact details like your phone, email, and brokerage. This isn’t just data entry; it creates your own dedicated personal portal.

Within this portal, you can conveniently upload important assets such as your professional headshot, company logos, and other branding elements. The best part? Whenever you order media for a new listing with us, your custom single property websites and marketing materials will be automatically populated with your pre-supplied images and information. This ensures brand consistency and saves you valuable time.
